About Aisling

"Know Thyself"

The Oracle at Delphi

Aisling has been exploring the nature of healing and transformation for most of her adult life. She has trained for over 20 years in a rich range of approaches and is passionate about supporting others in their transformative journey. At the heart of her work is the longing to join forces with others, to co-create a more conscious world, rooted in our connection to nature.

As well as extensive training in yoga, somatic psychology, and indigenous wisdom, Aisling is currently completing a doctorate in Psychology and Leadership. Having trained with new paradigm teachers such as Jean Houston, Joan Davis, and Riane Eisler, Aisling shares wisdom from the leading edge of cutural change. Her work is trauma informed, and empowers others to develop the skills and capacities needed to shift the cultural paradigm. She firmly believes that as a collectve, we can co- create a world that caretakes the well-being of both people and planet.

Aisling writes; "All of these life experiences profoundly shifted my sense of who we are, and what possibilities life holds. As I reconnected to my deeper nature, the soul, life became more meaningful and I began to sense myself as a co-creator within it. As I rekindled my sense of belonging with the natural world, nature became a wise ally and guide. I began to a sense of a greater holding from life. Instead of flailing in the storms, I feel that not only can we learn to ride life's waves, but that the ocean itself wants to carry us home.

Testimonial

" Aisling’s depth of knowledge

and compassion was both supportive and inspirational

as she used a variety of somatic exercises, reflective practices,

creative writing, and deep group work in the workshops.

It was wonderful to feel

that I was in the hands of an experienced and gifted

facilitator with interests that overlapped my own

such as learning from the living world

and the importance of community”
